Use of Unit Head and Director Support Account Policy

Purpose: 
To ensure the proper and strategic use of support accounts, this policy prohibits the use of these funds for personal salary payments.

Scope: 
This policy applies to all unit heads and directors within the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. 

Prohibited Use:
Unit head and director support accounts cannot be used to pay their own salary.
These funds are intended for operational and support purposes only, such as funding department initiatives or personal research. 
 

Compliance:
The Financial Affairs Support Team (FAST) will ensure compliance with this policy.
