
Sushil Prasad, professor of computer science at Georgia State University, director of the Distributed and Mobile Systems Lab and NSF program director, will present a lecture entitled, “Innovations in NSF Advanced Cyberinfrastructure Research Workforce Development and Education Programs.” He has carried out theoretical as well as experimental research in parallel and distributed computing, resulting in more than 140 refereed publications, several patent applications, and about $6 million in external research funds.
