The Budget, Accountability, Reporting and Compliance (BARC) Coordinator provides analytical and process management support to the daily operations of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. This position will have primary responsibility for the monitoring of bi-weekly and monthly payroll processing and HCM approval authority for the Life Sciences and Humanities divisions in Franklin College as well as the English and Art departments. Position will run, maintain and analyze reports to ensure proper accounting of leave of absences, hires and terminations, buy-outs and other salary related fiscal matters. Approval and adhoc responsibility for all actions in HCM for assigned Franklin College units.

As Sr. Budget Analyst for the Franklin College Budget Office, Tiny serves as the budget representative for Anthropology, Biological Sciences, Cellular Biology, Communication Studies, the Hugh Hodgson School of Music, Latin American and Caribbean studies, Physics and Astronomy, Philosophy, Psychology, Religion, Theatre and Film Studies, and the Institute for Women’s Studies.
