Grace Mercer

Grace joined Franklin College’s Office of Development in 2024, where she oversees annual giving efforts for the Lamar Dodd School of Art. In this role, she serves as a key liaison connecting alumni, faculty, students, and donors to advance the school’s mission.

Grace brings a strong background in development, donor relations, and stewardship, honed through her previous role with Compassion First, an anti-human trafficking NGO. She also has experience in higher education, having worked in Admissions at the University of Georgia School of Law and in Financial Aid at Mount Holyoke College, her alma mater. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is passionate about fostering meaningful connections that inspire support for education and the arts.
